Many of you out there are up in arms about "The Secret." Well, it's never been a mystery to me. "The Secret" basically boils down to a writing called The Emerald Tablet, attributed to Hermes Trismegustus. Some people doubt he ever really existed and say that the translations of The Emerald Tablet are false, made up, writings of a medieval occultist. The point it all comes to is this:

"Like attracts like. As above, so below."
-Hermes Trismegustus, The Emerald Tablet.

Whether it existed or not, truth remains true. The hardest part is accepting that truth is based on perspective. We make our own truths. And then we have to live our lives with them.

Today's religion is Buddhism.

"All formations are "transient"; all formations are "subject to suffering"; all things are "without an Ego-entity." Corporeality is transient, feeling is transient, perception is transient, mental formations are transient, consciousness is transient."
